Adobe released an all new Director 11.5

Adobe released an all new Director 11.5 at the end of March 2009. Adobe Director 11.5 and Adobe Shockwave Player software help users create and publish compelling interactive games, demos, prototypes, simulations, and eLearning courses for the web, Mac and Windows desktops, DVDs, and CDs.

This new version of Director includes 14 new features including:

• Support for more than 40 video, audio, and image file formats
• Strong video capabilities such as, streaming support for audio and video with RTMP and H.264 MPEG-4, FLV, F4V video support
• Enriched audio capabilities
• Powerful 3D support
